As a resident of the Mount Washington Valley area for twenty five years now, I have fully embraced the healthy lifestyle this area has to offer. After completing my military service and graduating from the University of Massachusetts, I embarked on a rewarding career in Information Technology in the Boston area. While working in the Boston area I frequently ventured north to the White Mountains and fell in love. So much so, that I ended up hiking the New England four thousand footers, many of which were done several times over. Winter hiking in the mountains delivered a whole new set of adventures for me. One of my favorite experiences is hiking through a pine forest while it's snowing and enjoying the quiet. I also kept it going during the winter months by learning to do downhill skiing as well as snowshoeing. During the warmer months the White Mountains offer some of the best cycling around. Whether you enjoy the rush of an exhilarating down hill run on a mountain bike or live for testing your endurance on a road bike, this area has what your looking for. There are also two beautiful recreation paths in the area that are great for a walk, a jog or if your like me, a bike ride. Now on my second career as a Realtor and a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, I am excited about helping others discover this wonderful healthy lifestyle the White Mountains have to offer.
